Kazzhol Hotel, operating four-star business hotels in the heart of Almaty and Astana, has been a visitor favorite for over 20 years. Today, the two hotels are even better thanks to extensive upgrades over the past five years. Kazzhol Hotel Almaty offers 175 elegantly decorated rooms and suites – including special “luxury” rooms — and will complete additional upgrades to 30 rooms this year. Kazzhol Hotel Astana provide for guests 71 rooms, soon opening a new wing with 48 guest rooms as well as a new pool.

Each hotel provides everything international travelers are looking for, including wireless Internet access, a business center, work areas in every room and suite, a fitness center with a pool and sauna, fine restaurants and room service, and state-of-the-art conference and events facilities, which is one reason around 70% of Kazzhol Hotel’s guests are executive travelers. Kazzhol Hotel Almaty’s conference center, which can accommodate up to 450 visitors, has a choice of nine meeting rooms while Kazzhol Hotel Astana’s conference center has six meeting rooms.

Around 40% of Kazzhol Hotel’s guests are internationaltravelers, and Mr. Alexander hopes to welcome more visitors from the US now that Air Astana has flights to New York City. He expects to see more tourism visitors as Kazakhstan’s tourism industry grows.
