Four-Star Property Very Popular Among Global Business Travelers
The four-star Hotel Nobility has an ideal location in a quiet residential area in Lima yet near many restaurants, coffee shops and business venues. The hotel also offers easy access to all the city’s districts. Very popular among international business travelers, Hotel Nobility contains two conference rooms, one for up 150 people and the other for up to 50 people.
The hotel’s amenities include a restaurant, a sauna and Jacuzzi, a fully equipped business center, a gym, laundry service, room service 24 hours a day, and Wi-Fi Internet connections. Guests have four types of rooms and suites to choose from: a standard king, a standard double queen, an executive suite or a nobility suite.
Larger rooms than other four-star hotels
Patricia Rios, Manager, explains, “What sets Hotel Nobility apart from other four-star hotels in Lima is that our rooms are bigger than others and the hotel is in a great location near the Via Expresa (metropolitano), which connects to every part of the city. We are also just ten blocks from the beach. In addition, our excellent customer service makes us stand out from other hotels in our category. We even offer a welcome drink to every guest and free bottles of water can be found at the rooms.” She adds that around 80% of the hotel’s guests are executive travelers, including many from the US. Most guests make reservations online or through travel agencies.
The hotel is owned by the owner of a successful chain of Chinese restaurants in Lima. Given the success of Hotel Nobility, the owner plans to open a second hotel in Lima’s Miraflores district in 2015. This new property will have three conference rooms as well as 100 guestrooms and suites. The hotel manager, Ms. Rios, would like to see Hotel Nobility properties in Arequipa, Tacna and Piura as well.
