At Fair-Face Enterprise Ltd we’re helping build a brighter future for all Zambians. Founded in 1991, we are a civil engineering and construction firm registered with Zambia’s National Council for Construction.

Fair-Face undertakes new builds and refurbishment projects of all types for a broad range of clients. For over 20 years, our team of professionals has been carrying out building and civil works such as schools, hospitals, housing, banks, offices, hotels and roadwork that have benefitted Zambians across the nation. Our team of professionals includes highly trained and experienced, quantity surveyors, engineers, technicians and artisans, and we invest in them to assure they’re well versed with the latest methods, tools and technology.

We have invested substantial amounts of capital in plant, machinery and equipment. These include tipper trucks, graders, mixers, rollers, pumps, dumpers, stone crushers, scaffolding and loaders. As a result, we are able to carry out large-scale projects cost-effectively.

Accountable to a board of directors whose managing director is a registered quantity surveyor, we are a truly homegrown company with great local expertise and in-depth knowledge of the Zambian market. We employ highly skilled and experienced professionals capable of efficiently carrying out a wide range of civil engineering and construction projects efficiently — on time and in-budget. Our broad base of clients includes Zambia’s government, parastatals, NGOs, financial institutions, private companies and individuals.

There are substantial opportunities for growth here in Zambia. In order to expand our business, we are very open to proposals for international partnerships and from international investors. Whether it’s mining, tourism or hydro power, there is a potential for growth across the region.

Zambia is enjoying a period of democratic political stability and rapid economic growth. We welcome inquiries from international investors and engineering and construction companies looking to establish a presence and participate in development projects in Zambia and region-wide.
